摘  要:目的了解小儿外科患者手术部位感染情况及相关影响因素,为制定手术部位感染质量评价指标提供循证依据。方法通过目标监测和资料分析方法,对某儿童医院住院外科手术患儿手术部位感染及其相关危险因素进行调查与分析。结果共调查该医院手术患儿6 819例,其中手术部位感染54例,感染率为0.79%。Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ类手术部位感染率依次以为0.83%、0.84%和0.40%。手术切口感染的病原菌主要为金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌,分别占33.33%和18.09%。手术时间、手术部位、植入物和NINS指数等为小儿手术部位感染的高风险因素。结论该医院儿科手术部位Ⅰ、Ⅱ类切口感染率高于Ⅲ类切口值得关注,应寻找其中的关键性危险因素,有针对性地采取措施。Objective To know status and related influencing factom of pediatric surgical infection, provide evidence for setting out surgical site infection quality evaluation. Methods Target monitoring and data analysis tools were used to in- vestigate the data of surgical site infections and related risk factors from a children's hospital. Results 6 819 samples of surgical patients were investigated, in which 54 samples occured surgical site infections, the total surgical site infection rate was 0.79 %. The infection rate of Type I, II and III incision was 0.83%, 0.84% and 0.40% respectively. The major pathogenic bacteria of these operative incision infections were Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coil, account for 33.33% and 18.09% respectively. Operation time, operation site, implantation materials and N-INS index were the risk factors of pediatric surgical infection. Conclusion We should pay more attention to Type I and Type II incision infection than Type III incision infection, try to find out the critical risk factor, and take targeted measures.
