摘　　要：在总结以往城乡管理工作经验和深入思考的基础上,对城乡一体化精细管理模型构建过程中的城乡管理内容分类和数据组织模式进行了探讨和设计,提出将城市管理的部件事件法扩展运用到农村地区,并从理论上对以云计算技术为基础的城乡一体化体系进行了构建,以期完善不同职能部门系统协同工作能力,为实现城乡建设精细化的管理机制提供思路.Based on the previous experience and law of urban-rural management, the management scope extends to the rural areas. According to the characteristics of urban-rural areas, the urban-rural manage- ment content is determined and data organization mode is proposed. With the development of cloud compu- ting, a new urban-rural integrated prototype system is developed to promote the cooperation of different de- partments, and to provide a new way for precise urban-rural construction management mechanism.
