摘 要:港口是交通运输重要枢纽和现代物流体系重要节点。为加快转变港口发展方式,促进我国港口转型升级,打造港口智慧化建设势在必行。而智慧港口的发展,更需要标准先行。本文在国内智慧港口研究和发展现状基础上,对智慧港口进行标准化建设研究并提出智慧港口标准化体系框架,从基础标准、应用标准、技术标准、运维标准、安全标准和服务标准六个方面做了具体分析,希望能为全国各大港口智慧化标准化建设提供技术支撑和借鉴参考。Port is an important transportation hub and an important node in a modern logistics system. To speed up the development of port transformation and promote the transformation and upgrading of the port, it is imperative to build smart ports. In addition, standards should be needed first for the development of intelligent port. Based on the current researches and development on intelligent port, this paper conducted a research on the intelligent port standardization and thus proposed a standardized framework on intelligent port. It made a concrete analysis on six aspects: basic standards, application standards, technical standards, operation and maintenance standards, safety standards and service standards. It is expected that this paper can provide technical supports and references for standardization of the major ports all around the China.
