摘　　要：在回顾中国国家森林城市建设历程的基础上,结合国内外城市森林建设进展,系统阐述了在生态文明建设大背景下,中国国家森林城市创建的基本要求、途径和方法。重点就城市森林建设总体规划、城市森林建设理念、创建国家森林城市应遵循的基本原则与关键措施进行了详细的论述,并分析了目前中国森林城市建设存在的主要问题,提出了提高国家森林城市创建水平的对策与建议。Based on the review of the history of national forest city construction in China and the development of forest city evolution both at home and abroad, this paper elaborated systematically the basic requirements, ways and means of the establishment of China national forest city in the context of ecological civilization movement, and gave a further explanation of the basic principles and essential measures of the overall planning of city forest construction, concept of city forest construction and the establishment of national forest city. It also analyzed the main problems existing in China＇ s forest city construction and proposed corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to improve the level of national forest city establishment.
