中国北方地区围绝经期及绝经后女性处方用药调查

摘　　要：目的:调查我国北方地区围绝经期及绝经后女性处方用药情况。方法:回顾性收集我国北方地区25家三级医院符合入选标准的围绝经期及绝经后女性门诊处方用药信息,并对数据进行整理与分析。结果:共收集合格处方10 124张,涉及患者7 480人,平均年龄(50.00±7.36)岁,就诊于以妇产科为主的多个不同科室。绝经相关治疗药品按照使用频次排序依次为激素药、中成药、植物药;激素药中用药频次排序前5位的药品分别为替勃龙、黄体酮(口服)、戊酸雌二醇、地屈孕酮、戊酸雌二醇/雌二醇环丙孕酮,均为口服制剂;然而这些药品在单次剂量和每日用法上均存在不同程度超出推荐范围的现象。结论:目前国内绝经相关药物治疗日趋与世界接轨,激素补充治疗有待继续推广并加强规范化管理。OBJECTIVE To investigate status of prescription medication for women in perimenopausal and postmenopausal periods in north China. METHODS Qualified prescriptions of perimenopausal and postmenopausal women were collected retro- spectively among 25 tertiary hospitals in north China, and then prescription medication data were sorted and analyzed. RESULTS In this study, 10 124 prescriptions were qualified which were from different departments, especially department of obstetrics and gynecology. A total of 7 480 patients were involved with average age of （50. 00 ± 7. 36） years old. Among all medicines for managing menopause-related symptoms, hormone medicines were more frequently prescribed than Chinese patent medicines and botanical medicines. The top 5 hormone medicines were tibolone, progesterone （oral）, estradiol valerate, dydrogesterone, complex packing estradiol valerate/estradiol valerate and cyproterone acetate. However, various off-label uses in single dose and dosing frequency were found in some cases. CONCLUSION Current drug therapy for menopause-related symp toms in China is growing to be in line with the tide of world development, but hormone replacement therapy remains to be pro rooted and its standardization management should be strengthened.
