摘　　要：目的:探讨运用法约尔跳板原则对提高临床科室急救药品安全管理的作用。方法:运用法约尔跳板原则实施有效沟通,建立住院药房急救药箱管理系统,创新和改进急救药品管理模式。结果:采用急救药箱集中管理前后,急救药品管理质量和护士对工作满意度的变化均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运用法约尔跳板原则为一线工作人员提供了有效沟通的途径,实现了以服务为中心的管理思路,使药品管理更加科学化、规范化,使患者用药安全得到有效保证。OBJECTIVE To investigate the role of Fayol gangplank principle in safety management of clinical medications of first-aid drugs.METHODS Fayol gangplank principle was applied to implement effective communication,build a first-aid kit management system for in-patient pharmacy,innovate and improve management models for first-aid drugs.RESULTS Statistically significant changes were observed in quality of first-aid drugs management and nurses＇ job satisfaction（P〈0.05）between pre-and post-application of centralized management of first-aid kits.CONCLUSION Application of Fayol Gangplank Principle provides a measure for frontline workers to communicate effectively and actualize service-centered managerial concepts,making drug management more scientific,standardized,and eventually ensure safe medication to patients.
