摘  要:介绍了采用脉冲水解酸化/EGSB/倒置A^2/O工艺处理玉米淀粉废水的工程设计与运行情况,设计处理水量为300 m^3/d,设计出水指标执行《淀粉工业水污染物排放标准》(GB25461—2010)的直接排放标准。工程连续运行期间,水质检测数据表明废水处理效果良好,出水各项指标均达到设计标准,而且运行费用仅为1.92元/m^3,较为经济合理。The engineering design and application of combined process of impulse hydrolysis acidi- fication, EGSB and inverted A2/O for corn starch wastewater treatment were introduced. The design treatment capacity was 300 m3/d, and the effluent quality should meet the direct discharge standard in the Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Starch Industry (GB 25461 -2010). The monitoring re- sults of the effluent quality during the continuous operation of the engineering showed that the wastewater was effectively treated, and the effluent quality could well meet the design standard. Moreover, the com- bined process was economic and reasonable with the operation cost of only 1.92 yuan/m3.
