摘 要:利用低温等离子体技术降解恶草酮工业废水,对比了不同进气方式和不同放电功率对COD降解效果的影响,探索了最佳的进气结构和处理条件。结果表明:低温等离子体对该工业废水的有机物含量、颜色、COD、BOD5和含盐质量浓度的削减均有比较积极的影响。该废水从棕红色、刺激性气味转变为无色无味;含盐质量浓度由269 000 mg/L降至79 500 mg/L;COD由28 250 mg/L降至2 883 mg/L;BOD5由7 769 mg/L降至2 463 mg/L。废水的可生化性得到了明显提高,经低温等离子体处理后的废水样品直接采用生物法处理3 d,COD由2 833 mg/L降至853 mg/L。In this work, the oxadiazon-eontaining wastewater has been degraded by cryogenic plasma. The influences of different inlet gas forms and different electricity discharging power on COD degradation effect are compared. The results proves that cryogenic plasma has positive influences on the reduction of the content of organic matter, colour, COD, BOD5 and salinity of industrial wastewater. It is found that the color of the wastewater could be turned from palm red to colorless;its odour could be turned from pungent smell to inodorous;the salt content could be reduced from 269 000 mg/L to 79 500 mg/L;the COD could be degraded from 28 250 mg/L to 2 833 mg/L,and the BOD5 could be decreased from 7 769 mg/L to 2 463 mg/L. The biod proved obviously. The COD of the plasma-treated wastewater is three days biological treatment. egradability of the plasma-treated wastewater is im- further reduced from 2 833 mg/L to 853 mg/L after a three days biological treatment.
