摘　　要：注册核安全工程师执业资格制度是我国在核与辐射安全及相关领域,针对关键岗位专业技术人员实施的一项基本的人员资格制度,该制度的实施有助于提高我国核与辐射安全从业人员的专业技术水平和核安全素养,为保障我国核与辐射安全具有重要意义。文章介绍了注册核安全工程师执业资格制度建立并实施以来取得的初步成效,指出了制度实施过程中暴露的问题,分析了制度建设完善面临的行业发展形势,最后提出针对性的建议。The certified qualification system for registered nuclear safety engineers is a basic personnel qualification sys- tem which implemented in professional and technical personnel in key posts. The implementation of the system is helpful to improve the professional technical level and the literacy of nuclear safety culture of China＇s practitioners. It has important significance for China＇s nuclear and radiation safety. This paper described the preliminary results have been achieved since the qualification system for registered nuclear safety engineers is established and implemented, pointed out the problems exposed in the process of implementation, analyzed the situation of development of the industry. Finally, pertinent suggestions are given.
