摘 要:目的分析儿童湿疹患者食物不耐受的种类和临床特点,为预防和治疗提供依据。方法检测975例儿童湿疹患者食物不耐受特异性免疫球蛋白G(IgG)水平。结果 975例儿童湿疹患者中,食物不耐受阳性率为81.9%(719/975),各年龄分期之间不耐受阳性率对比:幼儿期不耐受阳性率比婴儿期高(x^2=22.26,P<0.05);学龄前期不耐受阳性率和幼儿期无明显差异(x^2=0.01,P<0.05);学龄期不耐受阳性率比学龄前期低(x^2=13.54,P<0.05);幼儿期阳性患儿的不耐受程度比婴儿期高(x^2=15.70,P<0.05);学龄前期阳性惠儿的不耐受程度较幼儿期高(x^2=1.72,P<0.05);学龄期阳性患儿的不耐受程度比学龄前期低(x^2=4.95,P<0.05)。14种食物中以牛奶不耐受阳性率最高59.38%(579/975),其次为鸡蛋55.69%(543/975)。结论儿童湿疹主要由食物不耐受引起,鸡蛋和牛奶是主要不耐受食物。检测出不耐受食物对预防和治疗儿童湿疹有较好的指导意义。Objective To analyze the types and clinical features of food intolerance in children with eczema and to provide basis for treatment and prevention of the disease.Methods Special IgG levels of 975 cases of eczema with food intolerance were detected.Results The positive rate of food intolerance was 81.9%(719/975)among 975 children with eczema.Intolerance positive comparison showed that the positive rate of intolerance at early childhood was higher than that at infancy period (χ^2 =22.26,P〈0.05), that at preschool period was not significantly different from that at early childhood (χ^2 =0.01,P〈0.05), that of school-age period was lower than that at preschool period (χ^2 =13.54,P〈0.05).The intolerance degree of childhood with positive results was higher than that of infancy period (χ^2 =15.70,P〈0.05), that of preschool period was higher than childhood (χ^2 =1.72,P〈0.05), and that of school-age period with positive results was lower than that of preschool period (χ^2 =4.95, P〈0.05).Among 14 kinds of food, intolerance positive rate of milk was highest (59.38%, 579/975), followed by egg (55.69%, 543/975).Conclusion Childhood eczema is mainly caused by food intolerance, and milk and egg are main intolerant foods.The detection of food intolerance might provide guidance for treatment and prevention of the disease.
