促血管生成素-2与妊娠期高血压疾病的相关性

摘　　要：目的检测妊娠期高血压疾病患者及其胎儿脐血血清中促血管生成素-2(Ang-2)的水平,以探讨Ang-2在妊娠期高血压疾病发病中的作用。方法采用酶联免疫吸附技术(ELISA)测定150例妊娠期高血压疾病患者,50例正常妊娠妇女及其胎儿脐血血清中Ang-2水平,并对数据进行分析。结果妊娠期高血压疾病患者中,血清Ang-2水平在妊娠期高血压组为(19.57±1.51)μg/L,轻度子痫前期组为(14.93±2.87)μg/L,重度子痫前期组为(10.85±1.45)μg/L,均明显低于对照组(22.79±2.93)μg/L,经比较有极显著性差异(t值分别为2.013、2.246、2.861,均P<0.05)。妊娠期高血压疾病新生儿中,脐血血清Ang-2水平在妊娠期高血压组为(21.43±1.21)μg/L,轻度子痫前期组为(17.55±1.67)μg/L,重度子痫前期组为(13.84±1.29)μg/L,均显著低于对照组(25.76±2.83)μg/L,经比较有极显著性差异(t值分别为2.253、2.391、2.682,均P<0.05)。结论孕妇血清中Ang-2水平与妊娠期高血压疾病的发病及病情轻重有关,而脐血血清中Ang-2与孕妇血清Ang-2水平一致。Objective To detect the levels of angiopoietin -2 （ Ang-2 ） in serum of patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy （ HDCP） and umbilical cord blood of their fetuses, so as to explore the role of Ang-2 in pathogenesis of the disease.Methods Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay （ ELISA） was used to measure serum Ang-2 levels in 150 patients with HDCP and 50 normal pregnant women and those in their fetal umbilical cord.Results Ang-2 level in HDCP group （ gestational hypertension group：19.57 ±1.51μg/L;mild preeclampsia group：14.93 ±2.87μg/L;severe preeclampsia group：10.85 ±1.45μg/L） was significantly lower than that （22.79 ± 2.93μg/L） in normal pregnant group （t value was 2.013, 2.246 and 2.861, respectively, all P〈0.05）.There was also difference in serum level of Ang-2 in umbilical cord between HDCP group （ gestational hypertension group： 21.43 ±1.21μg/L;mild preeclampsia group：17.55 ±1.67μg/L;severe preeclampsia group：13.84 ±1.29μg/L） and the control group （25.76 ±2.83μg/L）, and the difference was significant （ t value was 2.253, 2.391 and 2.682, respectively, all P〈0.05） .Conclusion The levels of Ang-2 in pregnant women are correlated with the pathogenesis and severity of HDCP, and they are in accordance with those in umbilical cord.
