小儿家庭雾化治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的开展哮喘患儿家庭雾化治疗,以提高其依从性,保证治疗效果。方法把只需进行雾化治疗的小儿随机分为家庭雾化治疗组和医院雾化治疗组,按照医嘱进行雾化吸入治疗,并对两组小儿雾化治疗依从性、治疗效果、家长满意度等进行统计分析。结果两组治疗均有效,家庭雾化组治疗总有效率为100.00%,明显高于医院雾化组(76.19%),x^2=8.37,P<0.01;家庭雾化组依从性达97.37%,明显高于门诊雾化组治疗依从性(59.52%),x^2=16.39,P<0.01;家庭雾化组治疗满意度达100.00%,明显高于医院雾化组满意度(76.19%),x^2=8.28,P<0.01。结论家庭雾化能按照医嘱实施雾化吸入的规范治疗,有较高的治疗依从性和治疗效果,减少时间及经济费用,杜绝了交叉感染,使家长非常满意。objective To carry out family atomization treatment for asthma infants to improve their compliance and ensure curative efficacy. Methods The infants only needing atomization treatment were randomly divided into family atomization group and hospital atomization group.The treatment of two groups was carried out according to doctor＇ s advice.Pediatric atomization treatment compliance, treatment effect and parents satisfaction degree were statistically analyzed.Results The treatment was effective in both groups, and the total effective rate of family atomization group （100.00%） was significantly higher than that of hospital atomization group （76.19%） （χ^2 =8.37,P〈0.01）.The compliance of family atomization group was 97.37%, which was obviously higher than that of hospital atomization group （59. 52%） （χ^2 =16.39,P〈0.01） .Compared with hospital atomization group, family atomization group had higher satisfaction degree （100. 00%vs 76.19%） （χ^2 =8.28,P〈0.01）.Conclusion Family atomization can be carried out according to doctor＇s advice.It achieves higher compliance and curative effect, and it can reduce treatment time and cost.Meanwhile, cross infection can be avoided, which is very satisfactory to parents.Family atomization is an effective method for regular management for asthma infants, and it is worthy of vigorous promotion.
