摘 要:在两个人组成的生产系统基础上建立李嘉图模型,将交易成本与分工经济效用同时引入分析框架,构建出经济区效率分工规模的数理模型,并以上海浦东新区的年度经济数据进行实证。研究证明:在既定的技术平台上,经济区存在着一个最具效率的分工规模,而专业化的技术效率和经济区内的技术进步是影响这个效率分工规模的关键性因素。基于此,在经济区的运行中,政府不应根据主观偏好盲目扩大经济区的行政边界,同时应努力提升区域内的技术进步能力以有效降低经济活动的交易成本,从而达到有效拓展经济区效率分工规模的目的。Since China's economic reform, the local governments that own an economic zone with the labor division of higher skill level and greater scale have been able to gain more financial resources and favorable policy supporting regional economic development. Hence, the expansion of the scale of labor division in the economic zone has become a significant feature in the economic zones' strategies of the local governments. The unlimited expansion of the labor division scale of the economic zone leads to higher overall economic growth. However, it also inevitably brings some negative effects, including excessive consumption of natural resources, ecological destruction and unbalanced regional development. The academia are interested in learning about the most efficient balanced scale in an economic zone division, the influencing factors of the scale, and how to improve these factors in order to achieve the effective expansion of the optimal balanced scale. Based on the production system consisting of two persons, this paper establishes the amended Ricardian model. With the introduction of the transaction costs and the economic utility of division into the analytical framework, we construct a mathematical model to calculate efficient division scale for the economic zone. The aim is to theoretically prove the existence of "the optimal division scale of the economic zone". In the second section, the proposed model is further improved to analyzed the optimal division scale. In the third section, the author conducts an empirical test of the analysis results of the mathematical model by using the annual economic data of Pudong New Area of Shanghai. The data analysis results show that the theoretical derived results of the model can be better proved in the practice of Pudong.
