摘  要:向1 mol/L LiPF6/EC+EMC+DEC(体积比3∶4∶3)电解液加入交联剂季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯(PETA)和引发剂过氧化苯甲酰(BPO),通过加热引发聚合反应,制备锂离子电池用凝胶态聚合物电解液(GPE)。研究交联剂单体含量、反应温度和压力等对GPE性能的影响。在70℃反应温度和0.6 MPa压力的条件下,加入1%PETA可制备具有高倍率和良好循环性能的电池。在3.00~4.35 V循环,1.00 C常温放电容量为0.20 C时的93%,0.50 C循环280次的容量保持率为92%。Gel polymer electrolyte(GPE) for U-ion battery was prepared using pentaerythritol triacrylate (PETA)as cross-linking agent and benzoyl peroxide(BPO) as initiator in 1 mol/L LiPF~/EC + EMC + DEC ( 3: 4: 3, V% ) electrolyte by a thermal induced polymerization method. The influences of PETA amount, reaction temperature, gelation pressure and formation condition on the characteristics of GPE were studied. Better rate performance and cycle performance for battery were obtained when GPE was prepared at 1% PETA,70 ℃ and O. 6 MP~ The capacity ratio at 1.00 C was 93% compared to the battery at 0. 20 C,the capacity rentention was 92% at a charge-discharge current of O. 50 C in 3.00 -4. 35 V at room temperature after 280 cycles.
