基于KANO模型和SWOT分析法的高校图书馆运作建设管理机制研究

摘　　要：高校图书馆如何构建核心的运作建设管理机制,应对不断变化的内外部环境,以持续满足读者服务的要求,是其发展的核心问题之一。参考KANO需求模型,阐述了高校图书馆服务对象需求的变化,并围绕满足读者需求,基于SWOT分析法梳理出高校图书馆自身的优势和不足以及外部环境的机会和威胁;基于SWOT分析法4种不同类型的组合,提出了建立高校图书馆核心运作建设管理机制的对策。One of the core issues of university library＇s development is how to build the core management mechanism of its construction and operation to adapt to the changes of internal and external environment and to continuously meet the requirements of reader service. Referring to KANO demand model, this paper elaborates the changes of the demands of university library＇s service objects, and around satisfying the demands of readers,teases out library its own strengths and weaknesses and the external environment＇s opportunities and threats based on the SWOT analysis, and based on the four different types of combinations of SWOT analysis,puts forward the countermeasures for building the the management mechanism of university library＇s core operation and construction.
