摘　　要：大数据背景下,党校图书馆需要融入时代发展,实现由被动服务向主动服务的转型,开展个性化服务,进行服务创新。以铁道党校图书馆为例,分析了个性化服务中所存在的问题,探讨了大数据时代党校图书馆开展个性化服务的创新策略。Under the background of big data, the Party school library should be integrated into the era＇s development,realize the transformation from passive service to active service, carry out the individualized service and service innovation.Taking the library of Railway Party School as an example, this paper analyzes some problems existing in individualized service, and probes into Party school library＇s strategies for innovating individualized service in big data age.
