摘　　要：随着社会经济和科学水平的不断提升,各地区的建筑小区也在不断兴建。这使各种入室犯罪案件逐渐增多,保障居民的人身安全和财产安全的主要方式是安装视频监控系统,这是预防犯罪案件的好方式,但由于监控系统本身存在的缺陷和应用技术的问题,其功能和作用并没有完全发挥出来,犯罪的预防功能并没有百分百的体现。本文针对建筑小区视频监控的犯罪预防功能及犯罪侦查价值进行探讨分析。Along with the social economy and the continuous improvement of the level of science,the area of the building area has been built.This allows for a variety of burglary crime cases increased gradually,safeguard the people＇s life and property safety installed video surveillance system.It is a good way to prevent crime,but because of the defects of the monitoring system itself and application technology,its function and role did not fully play out, crime prevention function and not hundred percent reflected. Aiming at the construction area of video monitoring function of crime prevention and criminal investigative analysis value of the following.
