摘  要:目的探讨正确评价临床科室手术分级资料的方法。方法按等级将资料分组,采用Ridit分析法综合评价临床科室手术分级资料。结果 2014年各科室手术的技术含量和风险高低顺序依次为介入心内科(0.1346)、介入放射科(0.1832)、神经外科(0.3419)、妇产科(0.3926)、肛肠科(0.4813)、普外科(0.4838)、眼科(0.5298)、泌尿外科(0.5298)、骨科(0.5327)、胸心外科(0.5847)、耳鼻咽喉科(0.6710)。结论运用Ridit分析法评价医院及科室的手术效果,进而评价手术技术含量和风险的高低,提高手术科室医疗质量管理水平,不断引进学科人才,积极开展新技术项目等方法提高手术质量的建议。Objective To explore a method to evaluate the operation grading materials in clinical departments accurately. Methods To group the materials according to the grade, and Ridit method was used to analyze the operation grade of clinical department. Results In 2014, the technical content and risks of the surgical departments according to the sequence from high to low were interventional cardiology (0. 1346), interventional radiologis (0. 1832), neurosurgery (0. 3419), obstetrics (0. 3926), anorectal (0. 4813), general surgery (0. 4838), ophthalmology (0. 5298), urology (0. 5298), orthopedics (0. 5327), cardiothoracic surgery (0. 5847)and otolaryngology (0. 6710). Conclusions To evaluate the operation effects of the clinical departments with ridit method, we could evaluate the discretion of technical content and risks, improve the medical quality management level of operation departments, recommend more talents and develop new technology items, then could we improve the quality of operations.
