摘 要:在花岗岩地层地铁隧道盾构掘进过程中,经常遇到"孤石"导致盾构刀盘卡住及损坏的情况,目前国内外尚未找到有效途径解决这个问题。提出采用"微动探测+加密地质补勘钻探+地面钻孔爆破"的全套地铁隧道盾构孤石预测及处置新方法,详细阐释了新方法的原理及实施步骤,并将其应用于具体工程实例。通过获取已揭露"孤石"的H/V曲线形态特征,来解译和判断盾构前方"孤石"的分布形态,根据解译成果对预测"孤石"位置进行加密地质补勘钻探,验证和修正解译结果的准确性,在探明盾构前方"孤石"分布位置及大小后,采取地面钻孔爆破或冲孔的方法最终破除孤石。工程应用结果表明,该方法取得了很好的效果,能够为微动探测理论的发展及孤石探测工程应用提供科学合理的指导。In granite formation in the process of subway shield tunnelling, the boulder cause sticking and dam- age situation of shield cutter head were often encountered, at home and abroad has not yet found an effective way to and implementation steps of new method were also illustrated in detail. In the end, the new method was applied to an engineering example. By getting the H/V curve shape characteristic of "boulder", to interpretation and judg- ment of shield in front of the distribution form of the boulder. Based on the results of interpretation to predict "boul- der" position to encrypt the geological exploration drilling, verification and correction accuracy of interpretation re- sult, ahead of the proven shield "boulder" after the position and size distribution, take ground drilling blasting or punching method finally break the boulder. The engineering application results show that the method has achieved good results, for the development of the theory of micro probes and boulder exploration project application with the guidance of the scientific and reasonable.
