摘  要:Severe sea state, which features huge ocean waves under strong surface wind and often comes along with heavy rainfall, storm surge, and coastal flooding, is associated to a range of disastrous ocean dynamic environments, including storm surge, disastrous wave, internal wave, etc., and bring serious economic damage and safety threat to coastal area.
