摘  要:本文采用含硝酸铈铵的改性溶液,制得了改性桑蚕丝纤维。探讨了各种工艺因素,如温度、时间、p H值、硝酸铈铵浓度、促进剂浓度等对桑蚕丝纤维改性程度的影响,再通过对桑蚕丝纤维的脱胶率、增重率、染色性、皂洗牢度等性能的研究,分析了不同改性程度对桑蚕丝染色后皂洗性能的影响。结果表明:桑蚕丝纤维经稀土金属离子修饰后,增重率提高;再经弱酸性染料染色后的皂洗牢度也提高。Mulberry silk fibers were modified with ammonium ceric nitrate solution. The effects of reaction temperature and time, pH, concentrations of ammonium ceric nitrate, and accelerating agent on the degree of modification of mulberry silk fibers were investigated. Based on degumming rate, weight gain rate, dyeing performances, and soaping fastness of treated mulberry silk fibers, soaping perform- ances of various modified mulberry silk fibers were discussed. The results indicated that the weight gain rate of the mulberry silk fibers modified by rare earth ions increased, and soaping fastness of the mulberry silk dyed with weak acid dyes was also improved.
