摘　　要：通过雷尼镍加氢还原得到C.I.活性蓝224中间体2-(β-羟乙基砜基)-4-氨基苯基-2'-乙醇胺,并通过高效液相色谱对所得产品进行了分析,通过化学滴定法确定了产品的含量。结果优化后的工艺显示:产品收率大于98.1%,纯度大于96.3%;用于合成C.I.活性蓝224可以得到合格产品。An intermediate of Reactive Blue 224, 2-（5-amino-2-（2-hydroxyethylamino） phenylsulfonyl）ethanol, was synthesized by hydrogenation reduction in the presence of Raney Ni. The product was analyzed with HPLC, and the content of product was determined by chemical titration. In the optimum condition, the yield of product was 98. 1%, the purity was 96. 3%; the product could meet the requirement of C.I. Reactive Blue 224.
