摘  要:介绍了中国石油化工股份有限公司武汉分公司汽油产品质量升级改造情况。结合该公司1.8 Mt/a催化裂化(FCC)原料预处理装置对FCC原料进行加氢预处理,最大限度地降低FCC原料中总硫含量;同时对FCC汽油装置现有OCT-M流程进行调整优化,将催化剂更换为FGH-31/FGH-21型新一代催化剂,同时采用OCT-MD技术处理硫质量分数为250-575μg/g的FCC汽油,生产国Ⅳ汽油。经过预处理后混合原料的总硫为900-1000μg/g,汽油产品RON损失0.5-0.9单位,汽油产品硫质量分数不大于50μg/g,烯烃体积分数不大于25%。对目前运行的OCT-MD原料和产品进行标定,结果表明,FCC汽油硫质量分数约350μg/g,OCT-MD产品汽油硫质量分数为38μg/g,RON损失不大于1.5单位,汽油收率不小于99.9%,满足装置生产国Ⅳ汽油的要求。The upgrading revamping of feedstock hydrotreating unit for a 1.8 MM TPY FCC unit of Wuban Refining & Chemical Engineering Company is described. The hydrotreatment of FCCU feedstock was to maximumly reduce the total sulfur in FCCU feedstock. At the same time, the existing OCT-M process for FCC gasoline was optimized, the hydrotreating catalysts were replaced with new generation catalysts FGH-31/FGH- 21 and new generation OCT-MD process was applied to treat FCC gasoline with 250 -575 ppm sulfur to produce GUO IV specification gasoline. After hydrotreatment, the total sulfur of feedstock is 900 - 1 000 ppm, the octane loss is 0.5 - 0. 9 unit, the sulfur in gasoline is no higher than 50 ppm and olefin in gasoline is no higher than 25%. The performance tests of OCT-MD process feedstock and products, the sulfur in FCC gasoline is 350 ppm and sulfur in OCT-MD product gasoline is 38 ppm, the RON loss is no greater than 1.5 units, the gasoline yield is now lower than 99.9%, and product gasoline meets GUO IV specifications.
