东北三省不同产地龙胆HPLC指纹图谱的研究

摘　　要：建立龙胆HPLC指纹图谱研究方法,对不同产地龙胆的质量进行研究.色谱柱:Spherisorb-C18(4.6mm×250 mm,5μm),水(A)-甲醇(B)进行梯度洗脱;流速为1.0 m L/min;检测波长为270 nm;柱温为30℃;进样量为10μL;检测时间为40 min.结果表明,东北三省不同产地龙胆的指纹图谱没有明显差异,但不同产地的龙胆苦苷的含量存在明显的差异.该色谱条件简单易行,可用于龙胆的鉴别研究.To establish the method of fingerprint analysis of Gentian chinensis by HPLC , and study the quality of Gentian chinensis from different habitats .The chromatographic condi-tions：chromatographic column： Spherisorb -C18 （4.6 ×250 mm, 5 μm）, mobile phase：water（A）, methanol（B）;flow rate：1.0 mL/min;detection wavelength：270 nm;column temperature：30 ℃;sample size：10μL;measurement time：40 min.The results indicated that there were no particularly significant differences between fingerprints of Gentian chinen -sis from different habitats .But the content of different habitats of Gentiopicroside exists obvi-ous differences .This chromatographic condition was simple and could be used for identifica-tion of Gentian chinensis .
