摘　　要：目的：分析早产胎膜早破患者胎膜中组织因子（TF）及组织因子途径抑制物-2（TFPI-2）的表达与早产胎膜早破发病的相关性。方法选取行剖宫产术分娩的孕妇共90例，分为正常晚孕妇女（对照组）30例，足月胎膜早破组30例，早产胎膜早破组30例。用免疫组化方法测定胎膜中 TF 及 TFPI-2的表达。结果早产胎膜早破组与对照组比较，早产胎膜早破组胎膜中 TF 表达上调，TFPI-2表达下调；足月胎膜早破组较对照组胎膜中TFPI-2表达下调。结论胎膜中 TF 和 TFPI-2的表达水平的变化参与了早产胎膜早破的发病。Objective By analyzing the expressions of TF and TFPI-2 on the fetal membranes of the patients with the preterm premature rupture of membranes （PPROM）,this study tries to analyze the relationship between the TF,TFPI-2 and the PPROM. Methods The samples of fetal membranes were obtained after the delivery of 30 normal pregnancy women （control group）,30 patients with preterm premature rupture of the membranes （PPROM group）and 30 patients with term premature rupture of membranes （TPROMgroup）.All samples were obtained from women who did not undergo spontaneous labor when they took on caesarean surgery.All samples were stained by immunohistochemical analysis. Results Compared with the control group,the PPROM group had stronger expressions of TF,but weaker expressions of TFPI-2.The TPROMgroup had weaker expressions of TFPI-2 than the control group. Conclusion The change of TF and TFPI-2 on fetal membranes may be involved in pathogenesis of PPROM.
