摘　　要：根据学科专家的需求,面向科技创新团队提供与科学研究有价值的服务内容与服务方式是当前各类知识服务机构面临的一个重大问题。本文将知识服务作为工具嵌入学科专家项目(课题)中,探索面向学科专家的"管家式"知识服务模式。研究表明,该服务一方面具有发挥专业知识服务机构的信息资源优势和智力优势,拓宽机构的知识服务领域的能力;另一方面也能为不同学科专家的创新需求提供全方位、全程化的"管家式''知识服务,满足学科专家多重知识服务需求。According to subject experts＇needs, how to provide valuable services and service mode for technological innovation teams, ifs a major problem that kinds of knowledge research institutions must face. As a tool embedded in subject experts projects, knowledge service is used to explore subject experts-oriented butler service model. Though this service model, we can play the superiority of information resources and intelligence which our knowledge research institutions have, and also broaden the field of knowledge service on the one hand. On the other hand, we may be able to provide all-dimensional knowledge services for the innovative demand of our subject experts, and meet the multiple intelligence requirements of subject experts.
