摘　　要：自从2006年研究者利用重编程技术发现诱导多能干细胞(iPSCs)以来,iPSCs一度成为科学家们在干细胞领域研究的热点,这是继胚胎干细胞(ESCs)之后又一能够进行自体细胞移植、组织工程学研究、药物筛选、药物安全性检测研究和体外疾病模型研究等方面得到广泛应用的细胞来源。目前iPSCs应用于临床实践还有一段距离,但因其在再生医学方面的优势,在临床应用上有很好的应用前景。Researchers discovered induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs)by reprogramming technology in 2006.Since then,iPSCs became a hot issue in stem cell research field.It is another engineering cell source after the embryonic stem cells (ESCs),which can be applied in autologous cell transplantation,tissue en-gineering research,drug screening,drug safety testing research and disease model research in vitro .Al-though iPSCs have not been used in clinical currently,but with the advantages in the field of regenerative medicine,therefore has a great application prospect in clinical application.
