摘　　要：藏药作为我国丰富的民族药物资源,已有两千多年的历史。由于生长环境的独特性,赋予了藏药不可替代的疗效和医用价值。它以其传统的治疗方法,发挥着自身的特点和优势,尤其对某些特殊的疑难病证具有特定的疗效。近年来,随着人们对藏药材的不断开发研究,其产品越来越受到人们的认可,但藏药的药物剂型、化学成分及药理作用研究都还处于相对较低的水平,与现代化的要求还有很大差距,需要通过新技术不断的完善。论文概述了藏药的发展史和藏医药特点,并从藏药药材资源、化学成分、药理作用、药物开发4个方面综述了藏药的研究概况,为更好的研究藏药提供数据和资源。Tibetan medicine as a rich ethnic medicine resource in China,has a history of over two thousand years.Due to the unique growing environment,Tibetan medicine possesses more values and therapeutic effects than other medicine.With its traditional treatment methods,Tibetan medicine plays special roles and advantages,especially has specific curative effect on the treatment of various incurable diseases.In recent years,with the development of Tibetan medicine research,its products are becoming more and more accepted by people,but the studies on drug dosage form of Tibetan medicine,chemical components and pharmacological effects are at a relatively low level.It has very big gap with modern requirements,and needs continues to improve through new technology.This paper summarized the development history and characteristics of Tibetan medicine,then reviewed its research status from four aspects of medicine resource,chemical constituents,pharmacological effects and drug discovery in order to provide data and resource for better study of Tibetan medicine.
