陕西省部分规模化猪场仔猪PCV-2、PRV和PPV感染情况调查

摘　　要：为了解陕西省部分规模化猪场中猪圆环病毒2型（PCV-2）、伪狂犬病病毒（PRV）和猪细小病毒（PPV）的感染情况,从陕西省6个县市的11个规模化猪场采集40日龄～45日龄仔猪血样共320份,应用PCR 方法对样品中的PCV-2、PRV 和PPV 进行检测.结果显示,11个猪场均存在PCV-2的感染,检出率为25.00%～93.33%,平均检出率为52.81%;其中,YL 区的样品中PCV-2阳性率为25.00%（10/40）;XP市的为66.67%（40/60）;同一区域内不同猪场PCV-2 的检出率最低为25.00%（5/20）,最高值为93.33%（28/30）;从MX 某猪场1份样品中同时检出PCV-2、PRV 和PPV,FX 某猪场有3份样品中同时检出PCV2和PPV.本次检测结果说明,PCV2 在猪场的感染情况较为严重,且猪场之间感染率存在较大差异.PRV 仅在MX 的猪场中发现,感染率为1.67%（1/60）且,为混合感染;PPV 在MX 和FX 猪场中被检测到,平均检出率3.64%（4/110）,且为混合感染.To detect and analyze the infection of porcine circovirus type 2 (PCV-2),pseudorabies virus (PRV)and porcine parvovirus (PPV)in some large-scale pig farms in Shaanxi province.320 blood sam-ples from 40-50 day-old piglets were collected from 11 pig farms in 6 counties in Shaanxi province.The PCV-2,PRV and PPV were detected by PCR.The results showed that PCV-2 was detected in all the 11 pig farms with 25.00%-93.33% positive.And the detective rate was different in selected pig farms,with 53.81% as an average.The lowest PCV-2 detection rate was 25.00% (10/40)in samples from Yangling, and the highest PCV-2 detection rate was 66.67% (40/60)from Xingping.Even in same counties,PCV-2 infections were also different.The lowest infection rate was 25.00% (5/20),and the highest could be 93.33% (28/30).The co-infection of PCV-2,PRV and PPV were detected in one sample from MeiXian. And co-infection of PCV-2 and PPV were detected in 3 samples from Fengxian.Though the detective rate is different,PCV-2 prevalence is serious in some large-scale pig farms in Shaanxi province.More attention should be paid in PCV-2 infection in further pig disease control in large-scale pig farms.Being co-infection, PRV was only found in a pig farm from MeiXian with the rate of 1.67% (1/60).The average detection rate 3.64% (4/110),PPV was found in MeiXian and FengXian with co-infection.Though the infection rates of PRV and PPV were not high,more attention should be paid.
