摘　　要：随着出砂冷采技术的推广应用,处理稠油出砂已成为必不可少的环节。研究了国内外油田出砂地面处理的相关技术,针对海上稠油油田确定了经优化符合实际的生产处理流程,提出的地面监测及油砂分离处理设备在相同处理量的条件下,能够达到体积减小、质量减轻、成本降低、适应性好、维护工作量少等多个优点。创新设计的气液预分离装置在设计工况下将钻井液中超过60%的游离气分离出来,可适应较高的气液比,减少气泡对除砂过程的干扰,同时实现大部分粒径较大的固体颗粒的分离。该设备设计合理,结构紧凑,能够及时有效地将砂粒与原油加以分离处理,为保证油田稳产增产创造良好的工艺技术基础。With the growing in number of offshore heavy oil blocks and the widely use of cold production technology,heavy oil desanding become a necessary step of oil field mining processing.The ground monitoring and oil sands separation equipment presented in this paper can achieve many advantages,such as less volume,lighter weight,lower cost,good adaptability,less maintenance,and so on.The innovative design of gas-liquid pre-separation device can separate more than60%of the free gas of well liquid under design conditions,and it can also adapt to a higher gas and liquid ratio,and reduce bubble`s disturb to desanding process,while separating most of solid particle with big particle size.With the device's reasonable design and structure,the oil and sands can be effectively and timely separated,which creates a better technology foundation for ensuring a stable and increased production.
