摘　　要：目的探索医院门诊个案数据快速清理和诊断疾病自动编码的方法。方法分析数据特征,制定清理规则,通过MYSQL软件及SQL语言编写程序代码实现医院门诊个案数据的清理和诊断疾病的自动编码。结果能够快速清理不合规数据,拆分诊断包含有多种疾病的数据,并根据ICD-10自动编码。结论可以灵活、便捷、快速地处理较大量级数据,简单易学,具有较强的实用价值。Objective To develop a method for the hospital outpatient cases rapid cleaning and diagnosis disease au- tomatic encoding. Methods Analyzing the data characters, formulating the cleaning rules and writing programs to clean the hospital outpatient case and encode the diagnosis disease using MYSQL and the SQL language. Results It can clean the irregular data rapidly, split the diagnosis consisting of several diseases and encode automatically according to ICD-IO. Conclusion It can process large amounts of data flexibly, conveniently and quickly. It is not only easy to learn, but also has practical value.
