摘　　要：目的：从乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）分子机制探讨HBV的父婴垂直传播存在。方法：分析感染乙肝病毒的父亲静脉血（其妻子未感染乙肝病毒）和其新生儿脐带血中HBV DNA的基因型。结果：父亲与新生儿HBV DNA基因S序列与HBV DNA B基因型具有高度同源性。结论：感染HBV的父亲可以通过垂直传播的途径传播HBV DNA。Objective：To explore the vertical transmission of HBV from father to his neonate through HBV molecular mechanism. Methods：To detect the HBV DNA gene type of the neonate and the father with HBsAg positive but the wife without HBsAg.Results：S gene sequence in HBV DNA of father and his neonate was highly homologous to that of HBV B genotype. Conclusions：The father can transmit HBV to the neonate by vertical transmission.
