摘 要:目的:了解铜绿假单胞菌(PAE)临床分布特点及耐药性,为临床医师抗感染治疗提供实验室依据。方法:回顾分析2014年1月至2014年12月医院送检感染标本分离的296株铜绿假单胞菌,对其病区、标本来源及耐药性进行分析。结果:铜绿假单胞菌检出主要来自痰标本,占72.6%。ICU成为该菌的感染的重点科室,占44.3%,该病区感染的PAE表现出了高耐药性。碳青霉烯类药物仍是除ICU外其它科室治疗PAE感染的最佳药物。结论:铜绿假单胞菌是医院感染中重要的条件致病菌,且表现了多耐药性;临床要重视并合理使用抗菌药物,减少多耐药菌株的产生。Objective:To study the distribution and drug resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa(PAE) for clinical use of antibiotics. Methods:The two hundred and ninety six PAE streins from Jan 2014 to Dec were retropectively analyzed about the infectious distribution and drug resistance.Results:Among the samples, PAE mainly isolated from the sputum of the patients(72.6%). It also were the major infection site in the intensive care unit( ICU), and showed higher drug resistance (44.3%). Carbapenems were the best drugs for PAE infection except ICU. Conclusions:PAE is the major conditional pathogenic bacterium causing nosocomial infection and presents the multidrug resistance. It should pay attention to the rational application of antibiotics to reduce the multi-drug resistantstrains.
