摘　　要：采用典型案例分析研究方法,对我国农村围更年期妇女生殖健康服务现状进行研究。我国计划生育与妇幼保健两个服务系统长期分离,导致农村妇女在围更年期获得生殖健康服务明显不足,服务需求得不到满足,为绝经后妇女适时安全取环已经成为农村围更年期妇女生殖健康服务的核心问题。提出了在新的妇幼保健计划生育服务体制下,尽快确立和启动农村围更年期妇女生殖健康服务重大公共卫生服务项目的政策建议。Using case study analysis method,this paper describes the reproductive health service status among peri-menopause women in rural China. The results showed this population lacked services and unmet reproductive health needs existed,and safe IUD removal became a core of the lacking services,as the maternal health service system and family planning service system were operated separately in rural China. The paper proposes a policy suggestion that a nationwide public health program focused on reproductive health promotion for peri-menopause women should be initiated under the new leadership of China ’s maternal health and family planning services.
