microRNA-146b在病毒性心肌炎患者血清中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的:检测病毒性心肌炎(viral myocarditis)患者血清中microRNA-146b(miR-146b)的表达水平,并初步探讨其临床意义。方法:选择40例病毒性心肌炎患者和40例健康体检者,采用反转录聚合酶链反应(reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction,RT-PCR)检测研究对象血清中miR-146b的水平。采用电化学发光法检测病毒性心肌炎患者血清中肌钙蛋白T(cardiac troponin T,cTnT)的水平,并分析miR-146b与cTnT水平的关系。结果:病毒性心肌炎患者血清中miR-146b水平(1.85±0.68)明显高于健康体检者(1.35±0.42),二者差异有统计学意义(t=3.957,P<0.01)。病毒性心肌炎患者血清中miR-146b水平与cTnT水平呈明显正相关(r=0.635,P<0.05)。结论:病毒性心肌炎患者血清中miR-146b水平升高,且与心肌损伤程度相关,提示miR-146b可能参与病毒性心肌炎的病理学发病过程。Objective：To detect the serum level of microRNA-146b （miR-146b） in patients with viral myocarditis, and prelimi narily explore its clinical significance. Methods：Forty patients with viral myocarditis and forty healthy controls were enrolled in the study. The serum level of miR-146b was detected with reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR）. The level of cardiac troponin T （cTnT） in the serum of patients with viral myocarditis was detected with electrochemical lumines- cence method. The relationship between miR 146h and cTnT level was statistically analyzed. Results： Compared with the ser- um level of miR 146b （1.35 ± 0. 42） in healthy controls, the serum level of miR-146b（1.85 ± 0. 68） in the patients with viral myocarditis increased significantly（t = 3. 957, P〈0. 01）. The serum level of miR146b was positively correlated with the level of cTnT in the patients with viral myocarditis （r = 0. 635, P〈0. 05）. Conclusions： The serum level of miR-146b in the patients with viral myocarditis increased, and it was correlated with the severity of myocardial injury. It indicates that miR-146b may be involved in the pathogenesis of viral myocarditis.
