Memory level and its influencing factors among students in a medical college

摘  要:目的探讨广东某医学院校预防医学专业09级、10级学生记忆商数(MQ)检测水平与情绪、饮食的关系,为采取有针对性的措施提高其记忆力提供参考依据。方法采用整群分层抽样方法,对广东某医学院校预防医学专业09级、10级共104名大学生使用临床记忆量表进行检测以及使用情绪、饮食相关因素的问卷进行调查。结果大学生记忆商测试MQ为(111.63±12.485)分,最大值为139,最小值为72,正态性检验P=0.03,为非正态性分布(P<0.05);经χ2分析,大学生性别、父亲职业、负面情绪、主要食物类型与记忆商有关联。结论在调查的104名学生中发现,女生MQ比男生高;父亲职业为事业单位比父亲职业为无职业或为农民工人个体类的MQ高;负面情绪越多,记忆力相对越差;以鱼贝类及蔬菜类为主食的要比以肉类为主食的学生MQ高。[Objective]To investigate the relationship between memory quotient (MQ) level and emotion, diet among students in preventive medicine grade 09 and grade 10 in a medical college of Guangdong Province, provide a reference basis for taking targeted measures to improve their memory level.[Methods]104 students in preventive medicine grade 09 and grade 10 were collected from a medical college in Guangdong Province by using stratified-cluster sampling method. Clinical Memory Scale (CMS) and the emotion and diet related factors questionnaire were applied in this study.[Results]MQ scores of college students were (111.63~12.485), with the maximum of 139 and the minimum of 72. The normality test showed that P value was 0.03, which indicated that it was non-normality distribution (P〈0.05). Chi-square test showed that students" gender, father's career, negative emotions and main food type were related to MQ. [Conclusion]Among 104 students, girls" MQ is higher than boys', students whose father works in public service unit have higher MQ than those whose father is unemployed/farmer/worker/self- employed. The students with more negative emotion have poorer memory level, and students who frequently eat fish, shellfish and vegetables have higher MQ than those who frequently eat meat.
