摘　　要：目的 了解上海市嘉定区职业病危害企业工人职业卫生防护知识、态度及相关行为（KAP）状况,为制定职业健康教育及行为干预措施提供依据.方法 从66家存在职业病危害的企业随机抽取1 925名作业工人,年龄为26～35、36～45岁的分别占43.58％和30.96％;文化程度以初中生为多,占54.86％.按统一表格进行现场问卷调查.结果 不同文化程度工人对职业病相关知识知晓程度不同,其差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;工人的职业卫生认知态度正确率在69.66％～96.62％之间;职业卫生行为与认知态度一致.结论 嘉定区存在职业病危害企业工人职业卫生KAP调查结果不容乐观,应进一步加强对相关企业及工人的职业卫生培训教育.[Objective]To understand the knowledge, attitude and practice （KAP） about occupational protection among workers in enterprises existing occupational hazards in Jiading District of Shanghai, provide scientific basis for developing the occupational health education and behavior intervention measures.[Methods]1925 exposed workers were randomly collected from 66 enterprises existing occupational hazards. Workers aged 26-35 and 36-45 years old accounted for 43.58% and 30.96% respectively, and 54.86% of them had the education level of junior middle school. The field questionnaire investigation was performed by unified form. [Results]There was statistically significant difference in awareness rate of knowledge about occupational diseases among workers with different education levels （P〈0.05）. The correct rates of attitude toward occupational health were between 69.66% and 96.62%. The practice of occupational health was in accordance with knowledge and attitude. [Conclusion]The investigation results of KAP about occupational health are not optimistic among workers in enterprises existing occupational hazards in Jiading District. It is necessary to strengthen the education and training of occupational health in related enterprises and workers.
