摘　　要：目的掌握江苏省各地哨点单位放射工作人员个人剂量水平及各监测单位个人剂量监测情况。方法依据哨点监测方案选取放射工作人员,依据国家相关标准采用热释光的方法开展放射工作人员个人剂量监测并进行汇总统计。结果监测的890名放射工作人员人均年有效剂量为0.41 m Sv,人均年有效剂量最大的为从事核医学的人员(0.49 m Sv),其次是从事介入放射学的人员(0.46 m Sv);50%以上放射工作人员年有效剂量位于测量系统最低探测水平及1.0 m Sv之间,80%以上人员年有效剂量低于1 m Sv;不同监测点同一职业类别人员的监测结果可相差超过1个数量级,多数监测点中诊断放射学人员的人均年有效剂量低于介入放射学,有的监测点中诊断放射学人员的人均年有效剂量超过介入放射学。结论该省放射工作人员的防护条件较好,人均年有效剂量处于低剂量水平。加强个人剂量监测的质控工作及对放射工作人员放射防护知识的宣传非常必要。[Objective]To understand the individual dose level of radiation workers in the sentinel surveillance units, and the individual dose level in monitoring unit of Jiangsu Provinee.[Methods]Radiation workers were selected according to the scheme. The TLDs were applied to determine the individual dose according to the national relevant standards, the results were collected and summarized.[Results]The annual average effective dose equivalent of the 890 workers was 0.41 mSv, doses of the nuclear medicine workers was largest （0.49 mSv）, followed by the intervene radiation workers （0.46 mSv）. Doses of over 50% workers were between minimum detectable level and 1 mSv, over 80% were below lmSv. There was significant difference over 1 order of magnitude among doses of the same kind of workers in different monitoring points. Doses of the diagnosis radiation workers were lower than the intervene radiation workers in most of the monitoring points, but in some point the results were on the contrary. [Conclusion]The radiation workers are under good protection in this province, and the annual average effective dose is at a low level. It is necessary to enhance quality control of individual dose monitoring and education of radiologieal protection knowledge on radiation workers.
