摘 要:建立了一种利用光散射测定水中痕量汞的新方法,在碱性介质中,硫化钠(Na2S)与汞离子生成硫化汞(HgS)颗粒,在阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)的作用下,光散射强度增大.在468nm波长处,光散射强度最大,并且散射光增强强度(△I)与汞的浓度(2.48×10^-10~6.00×10^-9mol/L)呈良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为△I=34.05c+14.2,相关系数r为0.9988.据此建立检测环境水样中痕量汞的新方法,该方法检出限为7.44×10^-11mol/L;样品加标回收率为98.80%~103.00%.A new Light Sattering (RLS) method for the determination of trace Mercury in water was established. In alkaline medium, sodium sulphide (NaES) reacted with mercury ions generated mercuric sulfide (HgS) particles, resulting in the enhancement of light scattering intensity. At 468 nm wavelength, the intensity of light scattering was proportional to the concentration of mercury ion in the range of 2.48 × 10 ^-10 - 6.00 × 10 ^-9 mol/L. The linear regression equation was △I = 34. 05c + 14. 2 with a correlation coefficient of 0.9988,and the detection limit was 7. 44 × 10^-11 mol/L. The recovery rates were 98.80% - 103.00%.
