摘  要:骨钙素(OC)对糖代谢、能量代谢的影响是骨内分泌作用的重要部分,也为糖尿病、肥胖的预防治疗提供了新的方向。OC有完全羧化和羧化不全两种形式,后者是发挥内分泌调节作用的活性形式,通过影响OC表达和脱羧可调控其生理作用的发挥。许多分子和细胞水平研究及动物实验已表明OC可促进胰岛β细胞增殖和胰岛素分泌、增强胰岛素敏感性,胰岛素也可通过多种信号转导影响OC的表达和脱羧。本文即对骨钙素与糖代谢之间的信号调控加以综述。The effect of osteocalcin(OC) on glucose and energy metabolism is an important part of endocrine function of the skeleton,which provides a new direction for the prevention and treatment of diabetes and obesity.OC has two forms,i.e.completely carboxylated and undercarboxylated OC(ucOC).The latter is an active form for facilitating the endocrine regulation by regulating the physiological action via affecting the expression and decarboxylation of OC.Many molecular or cellular level researches and animal experiments have revealed that OC may promote the proliferation of pancreatic β cell,secretion of insulin,and insulin sensitivity,and insulin may also affect the expression and decarboxylation of OC by various signal transductions.This paper reviews the signal regulation between OC and glucose metabolism.
