喜炎平注射液联合清热解毒合剂治疗手足口病合并脑炎患儿的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨喜炎平注射液联合清热解毒合剂在手足口病合并脑炎患儿治疗中的疗效,为手足口病合并脑炎中的治疗提供理论依据。方法选取2011年1月-2014年4月54例手足口病合并脑炎患儿,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各27例,对照组接受常规支持及抗病毒治疗,治疗组则在常规治疗的基础上接受喜炎平联合清热解毒合剂治疗,观察并比较两组的治疗总有效率、平均热程、意识恢复时间、头痛缓解时间及治疗前后血清前白蛋白水平及碱性磷酸酶活性。结果治疗组治疗总有效率为88.89%,显著高于对照组的77.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患儿平均热程、意识恢复时间、头痛缓解时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);患儿血清前白蛋白水平及碱性磷酸酶活性均较治疗前显著恢复(P<0.05),而以治疗组恢复更为显著(P<0.05)。结论喜炎平联合清热解毒合剂治疗手足口病合并脑炎起效快,临床疗效确切。OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical application of combined therapy of Xiyanping injection and heatclearing and detoxifying mixture in the treatment of patients with HFMD complicated with cerebritis so as to provide references for the treatment of HMFD complicated with cerebritis.METHODS Totally 54 children with HFMD complicated with cerebritis received in our hospital from Jan.2011 to Apr.2014 were divided into control group and treatment group with 27 cases each randomly and evenly.The control group received regular and anti-virus treatments,while the treatment group received combined therapy of Xiyanping injection and heat-clearing and detoxifying mixture in addition to the regular treatment.Total clinical efficacy,average fever duration,recovery time of consciousness,headache recovery time and levels of serum AP and serum activity of ALP were observed and compared between control group and treatment group.RESULTS Total clinical efficacy of the treatment group was 88.89%,significantly higher than 77.78% of the control group.The average fever duration,recovery time of consciousness,headache recovery time improved significantly in the control group（all P〈0.05）;the level of serum AP and activity of ALP were increased in both groups（all P〈0.05）,but the treatment group improved more significantly than the control group（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION The combined therapy of Xiyanping injection and heat-clearing and detoxifying mixture shows confirmed and quick effects in the treatment of HFMD complicated with cerebritis.
