摘 要:目的探讨三甲医院控制手术室感染的临床措施,以及应用洁净手术室对降低患者手术室感染(ORI)发生率的临床价值。方法选取2013年12月-2014年12月医院收治150例需手术患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各75例,对照组患者在普通手术室进行手术,观察组患者在洁净手术室内接受手术,比较两组患者ORI发生率、空气中菌落数等,观察手术部位感染情况。结果 ORI的感染部位以呼吸系统、消化系统、泌尿系统为主,分别占26.00%、21.33%、17.33%;观察组患者所在手术室空气中菌落数为(17.97±12.13)CFU/m3,明显少于对照组的(121±63.24)CFU/m3,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者不同手术类型ORI发生率均高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组和观察组的ORI发生率分别为10.67%、2.67%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对三甲医院的ORI,应积极应用新型层流技术和预防措施,保障患者生命安全。OBJECTIVE To discuss clinical measures of infection control in the operation rooms of the grade-three-A hospital and the clinical value of application of clean operation rooms for reducing the incidence rate of operation room infections.METHODS Totally 150 patients requiring surgical operation in our hospital from Dec.2013 to Dec.2014 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 75 cases in each group.The control group was treated in the ordinary operation rooms and the observation group was treated in the clean operation rooms.The patients were compared for the incidence of operation rooms infections(ORI)and the number of sedimentary bacteria in the air,and the infection conditions of operation sites were observed.RESULTS The main sites of ORI were respiratory system,digestive system,and urinary system,accounting for 26.00%,21.33%,and 17.33%.The number of sedimentary bacteria in the air in the operation rooms was(17.97±12.13)CFU/m3 for the observation group,significantly less than(121±63.24)CFU/m^3 for the control group(P〈0.05).The incidences of ORI for patients undergoing different types of operation in the observation group were significently higher than those in the control group(P〈0.05).The incidence of ORI was 10.67%in the control group and 2.67%in the observation group,with significant difference(P〈0.05).CONCLUSIONTargeted at ORI in grade-three-A hospitals,clinicians should positively apply new laminar technology and preventive measures to ensure the life safety of patients.
