摘　　要：目的培养消毒供应中心护士的专业核心能力,提升消毒供应中心护士的专业素质。方法采用问卷调查的方法,调查2015年5月4日-6月26日吉林省消毒供应中心专科护士培训班22名消毒供应中心护士的培训情况。结果经过2个月的理论知识和操作技能培训,培训班护士全部通过理论考核和技能考核,获得专科护士证书;22名学员在专业知识、仪器设备使用、科研意识及综合能力方面均有所提升。结论面对专业发展的变化,各医院在消毒供应中心管理上与医疗技术发展不相适应,存在差距;对消毒供应中心护士进行系统的专科培训,对于提高消毒供应中心护士的专业核心能力,确保消毒供应中心工作稳步发展起推动作用。OBJECTIVE To cultivate the professional core competencies of the nurses in central sterile supply department（CSSD）and raise the professional quality of the nurses.METHODS By means of the questionnaire survey,the status of the training of 22 nurses who participated the Jilin CSSD nurse specialist training courses was investigated.RESULTS All of the nurses who participated the training courses passed the theoretical examination and skill assessment and acquired the specialty nurse training certificate.The specialized knowledge,use of instruments,awareness of scientific research,and comprehensive ability of the 22 participants were improved.CONCLUSIONThere is a gap between the management of CSSD and the development of medical technology due to the change of professional development.The systematic special training of the CSSD nurses may raise the professional core competencies of the nurses and promote the stable development of management of CSSD.
