新入职医务人员手卫生认知水平与影响因素调查

摘　　要：目的了解新入职医务人员手卫生认知水平及影响因素,为今后制定和完善手卫生岗前培训提供科学依据。方法制定医务人员手卫生认知及影响因素调查问卷,对新疆肿瘤医院2013年7月新入职135名医务人员展开问卷调查;采用Stata11.0软件进行统计分析。结果新入职135名医务人员手卫生知识得分为(19.91±1.67)分(满分23分);在手卫生基础知识部分,掌握较好的内容为手卫生定义和手部常见菌分类,正确率分别为94.07%和90.37%,掌握较差内容为洗手时间和速干手消毒剂作用,正确率分别为62.22%和38.52%;在手卫生指征部分,调查对象对摘手套后、接触清洁物品前和接触患者周围环境后认知水平较低,正确率分别为93.33%、91.85%和91.11%;影响调查对象执行手卫生的前3位主要因素为清洁剂或手消毒剂刺激皮肤、工作太忙、水龙头开关不方便。结论新入职医务人员手卫生认知水平薄弱,在今后岗前培训中需强化手卫生概念及手卫生指征的认知,相关部门需针对影响医务人员执行手卫生的因素,采取相应的整改措施,以提高其手卫生依从性。OBJECTIVE To investigate the cognition status and influencing factors of hand hygiene among new healthcare workers,so as to provide scientific reference for formulation and improvement of pre-post training.METHODS Questionnaire for the investigation was developed,questionnaire survey was performed in 135 new healthcare workers recruited in Xinjang Tumor Hospital in Jul.2013.RESULTS The scores of hand hygiene for the subjects were（19.91±1.67）points（full scores of 23points）.In the part of basic knowledge of hand hygiene,the workers knew well on hand hygiene definition and classification of common hand bacteria,with the correct answer rates of 94.07% and 90.37%for the two sections of knowledge.The workers poorly knew the hand washing time and the impacts of alcohol-based hand rub with the correct answer rates being only 62.22% and 38.52%.In the part of hand hygiene indicators,the cognition levels on′after taking off gloves′,′before touching cleaning instruments′and′after contacting environment around patients′were low,with the correct answer rates of 93.33%,91.85%and 91.11%.The main impacts on subjects performing hand hygiene were irritation from cleaners or alcohol-based hand rubs（58.52%）,too much work（49.63%）,and the inconvenient of taps（38.52%）.CONCLUSION New healthcare workers still lack of hand hygiene cognition,further pre-post training is needed in strengthening the cognition of the concept and indicators of hand hygiene.Besides,relevant departments should pay attention to the influencing factors on hand hygiene and take rectification measures in order to improve the hand hygiene compliance.
