摘 要:由于入选煤种和煤质的复杂多变,很难根据入浮煤泥煤质的变化及时调整浮选药剂的用量,这就会在浮选过程中导致重介生产系统中的多个环节产生有害泡沫。通过实验室药剂优化试验,选择了7131型捕收剂一仲辛醇药剂组合并进行工业性试验,解决了入选复杂煤种选煤厂由于浮选药剂制度引起的重介系统有害泡沫问题。试验结果表明,配煤入选时捕收剂最高耗量、最低耗量和平均耗量较原柴油浮选时的耗量分别降低了69.2%、39.7 9%和62.3%,起泡剂最高耗量和平均耗量分别降低了90.1%和74.1%,且可以有效地防止合格介质桶、磁选机尾矿和煤泥回收高频筛上有害泡沫的产生。The dosages of the flotation reagents are difficult to regulate timely basing chan- ging of flotation coal slime quality due to complicated variable of the coal types and qualities. According to flotation regent laboratorial optimal experiment, the author selected to combine 7131 collector and octanol to conduct industrial experiment, which solving harmful foams problem in dense medium system through flotation reagent optimizations when coal preparation plant selected complex coal types. The results showed that when the coal blending were selected, comparing with diesel flotation, the highest consumption, the lowest consumption and the average consumption of collectors decreased 69. 2%, 39.7% and 62. 3%, the highest consumption and average consumption of foaming agent decreased 90.1% and 74.1%, and it effectively prevented pro-ducing harmful foams in qualified medium bucket, tails magnetic separator and high frequency screen of coal slime recycle.
