北方地区绿色校园设计策略研究——以天津大学新校区为例

摘　　要：天津大学新校区在"一个中心,三个融合"的理念下,从场地规划、交通建设、能源利用、水资源规划等方面进行了深入的探索,引入校园公共交通网络、自行车租赁、多元能源供应链、雨水有层次分区域集蓄利用等技术,并在建筑单体上采用了围护结构保温、室内二氧化碳监测、排风热回收等技术,从整体校园到单体建筑实现土地集约利用、交通安全畅通、能源供应保障、开源节流用水、建筑生态建设、室内良好环境,为北方地区绿色校园设计策略提供借鉴。With the concept of ＂one center, three fusion＂, the new campus of Tianjin University has deeply explored the site planning, traffic design, energy use, water resources planning and so on and brings in many technologies such as cam- pus public transport network, bicycle rental, diversified energy supply chain, and the rain usage hierarchically. In addi- tion, the single building has adopted new technologies such as heat preservation of building envelope, indoor CO2 monito- ring and energy recovery of exhausting air. From the whole campus to the single building, the design has achieved the in- tensive land usage, traffic safety, energy guaranteed, water conservation and good IAQ （ indoor air quality）, which can pro- vide some references for the design of green campus in Northern area.
