摘  要:镍基高温合金的耐腐蚀性能研究在现代科学技术和工程的发展中占有相当重要的地位。主要综述了近年来镍基高温合金耐腐蚀性能的研究情况,详细介绍了几种提高镍基高温合金耐腐蚀性能的方法。对比分析了几种不同的研究和表征方法,并对已有的研究成果进行了深入分析。讨论了镍基高温合金的腐蚀机理研究,提出在接下来的研究中应尽量模拟出镍基高温合金的工作环境,使得不同合金的腐蚀机理可相互比较。最后,结合镍基高温合金的使用要求,对未来镍基高温合金的耐腐蚀性的研究方向进行了探讨和展望。The study of corrosion of Ni-based superalloy is very important in the develoment of modern science and technology, especially for the development of industry. The studies on the corrosion resistance of nickel-based su- peralloy in recent years are reviewed. Several methods to improve the corrosion resistance of nickel-based superalloy are described in detail. The different researches and characterization methods are described and compared, and the existing results and conclusions are analyzed. Different corrosion mechanisms of nickel-based superalloy are discussed, the results show that simulating the working environment of nickel-based superalloy in forging experiments is a workable process by which different corrosion mechanisms can be analyzed. Finally, based on the operating requirements of the nickel-based superalloy, the tendency and prospect of corrosion resistance researches are pointed out.
