摘 要:目的探讨不同年龄段儿童阿托品眼胶散瞳后与美多丽滴眼液散瞳后屈光度数差异,为临床散瞳用药提供依据。方法将188例屈光不正患儿按年龄分为5~8岁(60人)、9—12岁(80人)和13~16岁(48人)3组,先以美多丽滴眼液散瞳后再使用TOPCON_8100验光,然后以阿托品眼胶散瞳使用同一台验光仪验光,分析比较散瞳后屈光度数值的变化。结果≤12岁屈光不正患儿中阿托品眼胶相较于美多丽滴眼液散瞳后球镜值差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),〉12岁屈光不正患儿中阿托品眼胶相较于美多丽滴眼液散瞳后球镜度差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),两种方法散瞳后柱镜均值与轴位值间的差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论≤12岁屈光不正儿童验光检查阿托品眼胶的结果比美多丽滴眼液更精确,〉12岁近视、远视儿童屈光检测中美多丽滴眼液可作为阿托品眼胶的有效替代药物。Objective To explore the difference of degrees of refraction after mydriasis by atropine eye gel and Mydrin-P eyedrop in children of different ages, provide a basis for clinical medication of mydriasis. Methods A total of 188 children with ametropia were di- vided into 5 - 8-year-old group ( 60 children ) , 9-12-year-old group ( 80 children) , and 13-16-year-old group ( 48 children ) according to age; optometry was conducted after mydriasis by Mydrin-P eyedrop on TOPCON_ 8100, then optometry was conducted after mydriasis by atropine eye gel on the same optometry, the changes of degrees of refraction after mydriasis were analyzed. Results There were statistically significant differences in spherical values after mydriasis of children in 5-8-year-old group and 9-12-year-old group between the two methods (P〈0. 05 ) , there was no statistically significant difference in spherical value of children after mydriasis in 13-16-year-old group between the two methods ( P〉0. 05 ) , there was no statistically significant difference in cylinder mean value and axial mean value after mydriasis between the two methods (P〉0. 05 ) . Conclusion For the children with ametropia aged 12 years old or less than 12 years old, the result of optometry after mydriasis by atropine eye gel is more accurate compared with Mydrin-P eyedrop ; for the children with myopia or hyperopia more than 12 years old, Mydrin-P eyedrop can be used as an effective drug instead of atropine eye gel during optometry.
