摘　　要：浓密机是基于重力沉降作用的固液分离设备。以焦家金矿选矿厂磨浮、排尾工艺为工程背景,简述了半深锥浓密机的工作原理,着重介绍了35 m半深锥浓密机在焦家金矿应用过程中运行参数控制和常见问题及其解决方法。可为类似工程提供借鉴。The thickener is a solid-liquid separation equipment based on gravity sedimentation rules. This paper takes the grinding and flotation and tailings discharging process in the gold ore-dressing plant of Jiaojia Mine as the engineering background,briefly describes the working principle of a semi-deep-cone thickener,and mainly introduces the parameters control,common problems and their solutions of the  35 m semi-deep-cone deep cone thickener during operations in Jiaojia Gold Mine. It can be used as references for similar projects.
