摘 要:某金矿石具有微细粒、高砷、含碳、含泥量大的特点,其金矿物粒度及载体矿物粒度均很细,且金的赋存状态复杂,除与黄铁矿等硫化物矿物密切共生外,还有部分嵌布于石英等脉石矿物中,采用单一浮选或氰化浸出工艺均难以获得理想的回收指标。通过采用调整剂HS,两段磨矿两段选别流程,可获得金品位23.62 g/t、回收率67.22%的金精矿;采用试剂YC对浮选闭路尾矿进行预处理氰化浸出,金作业浸出率为71.25%,对原矿金回收率为23.36%,联合流程金总回收率可达到90.58%,技术指标较好。The gold ore is fine-grain disseminated,high arsenic,and carbonaceous. The dissemination particles of gold minerals and gold carrier minerals are relatively fine. The occurrence of gold minerals is quite complex. Apart from coexisting with pyrites and other sulfide minerals,some gold particles are embedded in quartz and similar gangue minerals,which makes it difficult for simple flotation or cyanide leaching process to achieve satisfactory indexes. With the application of HS modifier and two-stage grinding-two-stage flotation circuit,a gold concentrate with Au grade of23. 62 g / t and recovery rate of 67. 22 % can be obtained. The flotation tailings were pretreated by YC before cyanide leaching,and then a gold leaching rate of 71. 25 % and a gold recovery( to the raw ore) of 23. 36 % can be obtained. By means of the combined process,the total gold recovery rate can reach 90. 58 %,indicating satisfactory indexes.
